Shelly Hall - Vocals, Congas and Percussion
Shelly was vocally trained at the age of 11 in Tampa Florida where she took lessons for 6 years, performing with the school chorus, local play productions, and other civic events.
She and Steve were married in 1982 and have been performing together since. In the 90's, Shelly picked up the congas while playing with the rock band Watermelon Creek. Her energy radiates while playing and her unorthodox style of playing has captured the attention of many people.
Her voice always seems to turn heads. Given a near-perfect pitch, and a warm, pleasant voice, she can sit in with anyone. Shelly has sung back-up for Eric Stone, K.D Moore, Charles Tigner, and many other musicians.
You can hear Shelly on Eric's latest CD, "Great White Christmas," and on cuts on Eric Sonte's CD, "Long Boards and Short Stories."
